Situated at the end of a no exit street with a pedestrian entrance to the park 50 metres away,The street is off Manukau Rd which is a main route into the city, about 20 minutes by bus. Supermarket and shopping centre 5 minutes walk.I am a working company director who enjoys meeting travellers. We are a mixed age and nationality household, myself and a lovely couple from Argentina, and an ESL teacher from the UK. They are very involved in various sporting activities including hockey and football.The living area has a 48inch TV with SKY and each bedroom has own tv with freeview. Furniture and linen all provided. Just arrive with your suitcase!Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and all cooking utensils and crockery etc. Separate laundry with washing machine and drier.Heat pumps on both levels.We tend to be very independent but sometimes share a wine or a meal.There are two bathrooms plus two separate half bathrooms.Street parking available.We have one dog ( small pNewzealandlisted cross) so must be dog friendly.Rent for a single person is $250 all inclusive (ie all bills) except food. No smokers please.
